Helping Veterans and Active Duty Military Achieve Homeownership!

The VA loan program, created as part of the original G.I. Bill in 1944, aims to help service members and their families transition to civilian life, build financial security and drive economic prosperity. The benefit can be used for purchase loans, home renovations, traditional or streamlined refinancing - i.e. interest rate reduction refinance loans (IRRRLs) and for disabled veterans to adapt homes to their needs.

We can even layer this with closing cost assistance to help reduce out of pocket expenses making homeownership affordable and realistic for most veterans.

We recognize and THANK YOU for your service to our country!

As a way to honor your service, we are here to help you achieve homeownership and the VA provides a pathway to the "American dream" by overcoming common financial barriers.

The VA loan is an earned benefit and a testament to our nation's commitment to those who have served in the military and for their families and survivors.

Benefits of using a VA Loan:

  • No Down Payment Required

  • No Monthly Mortgage Insurance (PMI or MIP)

  • Competitive Interest Rates

  • Flexible Credit Guidelines

  • Seller can pay up to 4% of the Sales Price + closing costs

  • No Prepayment Penalty
